Shipping policy
We ship most EverCalm orders from our Suffolk, UK warehouse. On occasion, your order may be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse if needed.
Processing time
In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order.
Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased global shipping volumes. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

International deliveries can be delayed by customs checks or local processing, which are outside our control. Customs charges and import duties are not included in our prices.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be updated on your order page or sent to you via email. You can check your parcel’s progress at any time or contact us if you have questions.
